Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars Las Vegas is seeking entry-level Technician talent to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and light maintenance under the guidance of veteran technicians.

This full-time role includes paid training, a supportive team, and clear paths for career growth. Compensation starts at $21.00–$22.00 per hour, with paid vacations, insurance options, 401K, and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with teammates and customers.
• Efficient time management to complete tasks.
• Basic proficiency with common computer systems and apps.

Responsibilities

• Check and communicate oil level to teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Complete vehicle inspections.
• Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter.
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with the customer’s perspective in mind.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
