Job Title: Service Technician/Installer

Reports To: Service Manager

Department: Service

Position Summary

Responsible for diagnosing, installation, and repair of dock and door.

Job Duties & Tasks

• Employees will be responsible for performing maintenance, and repairs on various types of commercial dock doors and loading dock equipment.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services.
• Employees will be responsible for tracking and maintaining job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner.
• Must ALWAYS operate in a safety conscious manner while performing job duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a construction related industry.
• Well versed in the use of hand tools, including impact drills.
• Experienced arc or stick welders; will be tested during interview.
• Pre-employment physical and drug screening required, as well as a background check.
• 3+ years of electrical experience preferred not required.
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Good Mechanical aptitude.
• Possess valid driver's license.
