LiftOne is seeking experienced service technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain loading dock doors and related equipment. The role requires welding certification, ability to read regulations, and a customer-service focus.
You will operate company van, maintain inventory, and complete on-site service with safety as priority. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or technical training, welding experience, clean driving record, and comfort with basic computer tools.

The Dock and Door Road Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing loading dock and doors. This position is also responsible for performing all assigned preventative maintenance on customer equipment and recommending service as needed. Proper processing of paperwork is required at the completion of each job. The Dock and Door Road Technician will also be responsible for a company-owned service van and must maintain the van and parts inventory it carries.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine correspondence.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and perform these operations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to understand weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
