Job summary

A&H Equipment Co. is seeking a Service Technician in Ohio to repair customers’ equipment with strong mechanical skills and general product knowledge. The role reports to the Service Manager and emphasizes professional customer interaction and safe shop practices.

The position includes a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM shift with overtime available, CDL consideration, and opportunities to complete manufacturer trainings and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vo-tech education encouraged.
• 1+ year of service technician experience preferred.
• Driver’s license may be required; forklift certification obtainable.
• General knowledge of computers and service systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Install parts and add-on equipment per specifications.
• Demonstrate equipment functionality and operations.
• Perform safety inspections on equipment.
• Operate forklift with certification
• Weld and fabricate as needed to support service operations
• Assist with customer calls, quotes, and job updates
• Maintain excellent customer service
• Follow safety guidelines and complete required paperwork
• Complete manufacturer trainings as needed
