Comfor Temp Heating and Air Conditioning in Willowbrook, IL seeks a Service Technician for commercial HVAC with a strong background in service, installation, and retrofit projects. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC commercial and residential service experience.
• Annual maintenance experience.
• Refrigeration experience - Desired.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of HVAC equipment.
• Customer service: communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Certification of completion from an HVAC Technical School - Desired.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Providing service, maintenance, repair and installation of Commercial and Residential HVAC Systems.
• Retrofit / Changeout Installation.
• Communicate clearly, ideas and explanations of problems to customers and coworkers.
• Educating customers on the benefits of preventative maintenance and Indoor Air Quality products and Services.
• Furnace, AC, heat pumps, split systems, RTU's, walk-in and reach-in coolers, Freezers, chillers, make up air units etc.
• Duct work as needed.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner.
• We install Trane and Bryant equipment.

Service Technician - Commercial HVAC| $35.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience + Spiffs

Work Hours: 7:00am to 3:00pm | Monday through Friday | occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• Providing service, maintenance, repair and installation of Commercial and Residential HVAC Systems
