Career Path

• Trainee Lube Technician
• Mission: Develop and master technical skills to achieve Flat Rate Lube Technician Status
• Timeline: 90 Days – Trainee Lube Technician may graduate to a Flat Rate Lube Technician prior to 90 days
• Compensation: $15/hour
• 40 clock hours = 40 × $15 = $515/week
• 50 clock hours = (40 × $15) + (10 × $22.50) = $825/week
• Flat Rate Lube Technician
• Mission: 100% Fixed Right First Time (FRFT) and develop maintenance skillset
• Timeline: Indefinite
• Compensation: $16/flat rate hour
• 40 Flat Rate Hours (FRH) = $640/week
• 50 FRH = $800/week
• 60 FRH = $960/week
