Job summary

Al Serra Auto Plaza, part of Serra Automotive Group, is expanding its parts department in Michigan. We are seeking a parts associate to support service advisors, locate and price parts, and deliver them to the service bay or retail customers efficiently.

You will maintain an organized parts inventory, greet customers enthusiastically, and ensure timely service. Ideal candidates demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and the ability to learn and apply our service processes, with familiarity in

Responsibilities

Internal

• Works with service advisors and service technicians to identify, locate, cost out, and deliver appropriate part
• Serves service advisors and service technicians in a timely/efficient manner
• Maintains organized inventory of parts department

External

• Enthusiastically greets retail customers
• Identify, locate, price out, and deliver appropriate part to retail customer
• Serves customer in a timely/efficient manner
