Job summary

Serra Gaylord is seeking an Express Technician to join our Service Department. This entry-level role focuses on light maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, filter changes, tire rotations, and basic coolant flushing, with room to grow into automotive certifications.

You'll work with our Service Team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, learning our proven processes while delivering reliable service to customers and building a career in automotive service.

• Ability to maintain strong trusting relationships with technicians and customers.
• You will receive additional training and coaching by Serra employees.

What's it like to be a Serra Express Technician?

As an Express Technician, you will work closely with the Service Team to change oil and filters, rotate tires, flushing of coolant systems and much more in a fast-paced environment. This is an entry level position with growth potential to earn automotive certifications.
