Responsibilities

• Diagnostics and repairs on powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
• Pre-delivery inspections and aftermarket accessory installations on new inventory.
• Quality control and safety checks with test rides before customer pickup.
• Accurate documentation of diagnostic findings, labor hours, and parts in the service orders.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts staff, and Shop Management to improve throughput and customer satisfaction.

The Opportunity

RideNow Group, with over 50 locations nationwide, is looking for driven and detail-oriented Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our growing team at RideNow-Revolution Road!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform mechanical diagnostics, routine maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and major/minor repairs on powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
• Pre-Delivery Inspections & Accessory Installs: Complete thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new inventory and expertly install custom aftermarket accessories, performance parts, and attachments.
• Quality Control & Safety Checks: Execute rigorous safety checks and test rides to ensure all serviced vehicles meet factory specs and highest quality standards before customer pickup.
• Service Documentation: Accurately document clear diagnostic findings, labor hours, and required parts on service repair orders in the dealership management system.
• Collaboration & Shop Efficiency: Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department staff, and Shop Management to streamline service throughput and maximize customer satisfaction.
