Job summary

RideNow Powersports is seeking Service Technicians at all experience levels to join our Boulder location. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.

Join a fast-paced, customer-focused team in a full-time role. You’ll perform pre-delivery inspections, install accessories, and ensure safety and quality before customer pickup.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform mechanical diagnostics, routine maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and major/minor repairs on powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
• Pre-Delivery Inspections & Accessory Installs: Complete thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new inventory and expertly install custom aftermarket accessories, performance parts, and attachments.
• Quality Control & Safety Checks: Execute rigorous safety checks and test rides to ensure all serviced vehicles meet factory specs and highest quality standards before customer pickup.
• Service Documentation: Accurately document clear diagnostic findings, labor hours, and required parts on service repair orders in the dealership management system.
• Collaboration & Shop Efficiency: Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department staff, and Shop Management to streamline service throughput and maximize customer satisfaction.
