Job summary

Harley-Davidson at RideNow Group seeks a dependable Lot Technician Driver to manage vehicle movement across the lot and showroom, ensuring safe transport and clean presentation for customers. You will transport motorcycles, parts, and equipment using company trucks and trailers while supporting the daily operations of the dealership.

You will be on your feet, work closely with a passionate team, and uphold safety standards to deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Movement & Showroom Management: Safely drive, move and park motorcycles and other powersports on the lot and showroom.
• Customer Pickup & Delivery Services: Provide professional home pickup and vehicle delivery to customers.
• Vehicle Check-In & Inspection: Assist with check-ins and inspections of customer units upon delivery.
• Detailing & Delivery Prep: Clean and prep units for handoff to customers.
• Sales & Service Logistics Support: Assist sales and service teams with unit movement and logistics.
• Lot Organization & Maintenance: Keep lot and showroom neat, safe, and well organized.
• Other duties as assigned

As a Lot Technician Driver, you are the driving force behind our dealership’s daily operational flow and customer transport experience. You will oversee moving, arranging, and detailing motorcycles across our lot and showroom, while safely transporting vehicles, parts, and equipment using company trucks and trailers. What You’ll Own & Achieve

• Vehicle Movement & Showroom Management: Safely drive, move, and park motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and across service areas; maintain full awareness of the lot layout and assist in managing inventory flow.
• Customer Pickup & Delivery Services: Provide professional home pickup and delivery services for units directly to and from customers.
• Vehicle Check-In & Inspection: Assist with vehicle check-ins, thorough inspections upon delivery, and tagging customer units.
• Detailing & Customer Delivery Prep: Prepare units for customer delivery, including washing, dusting, detailing, and fueling to ensure vehicles are spotless for customer handoff.
• Sales & Service Logistics Support: Support the sales and service teams with unit movement, logistics, and general facility support tasks as needed.
• Lot Organization & Maintenance: Keep the lot, showroom, and service staging areas neat, clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
