Job summary

You will diagnose, repair, and service powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft, delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.This role also involves performing pre-delivery inspections, precise accessory installs, and documenting labor and parts while collaborating with Advisors and the Parts team to keep the shop safe and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & repairs of powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft
• Pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and accessory installs on new inventory
• Quality control and safety checks; test rides to ensure factory specs
• Accurate service documentation of findings, labor hours, and parts
• Collaboration with Service Advisors, Parts Department, and Shop Management to improve throughput

What You’ll Do

• Diagnostics & Repairs: Perform mechanical diagnostics, routine maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and major/minor repairs on powersports vehicles including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.
• Pre-Delivery Inspections & Accessory Installs: Complete thorough pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new inventory and expertly install custom aftermarket accessories, performance parts, and attachments.
• Quality Control & Safety Checks: Execute rigorous safety checks and test rides to ensure all serviced vehicles meet factory specs and highest quality standards before customer pickup.
• Service Documentation: Accurately document clear diagnostic findings, labor hours, and required parts on service repair orders in the dealership management system.
• Collaboration & Shop Efficiency: Work closely with Service Advisors, Parts Department staff, and Shop Management to streamline service throughput and maximize customer satisfaction.
