Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician in Jacksonville, NC. No automotive experience required—we train.

You will help customers feel confident in their vehicle's safety while performing maintenance and basic inspections. You will work with a cross-trained team, learn through on-site and online training, and have opportunities for growth, including pay increases and bonus incentives within the first 60 days.

• Willingness to learn and follow manufacturer maintenance guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Assist with on-site and online training, marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is looking for high-energy, reliable, customer-focused team players. If you communicate well, learn fast, and enjoy a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to build a long-term career - no experience required!

A Driver's License is strongly preferred, but not required.

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
