Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC is seeking a Service Technician in Raleigh, NC. No automotive experience is required as you will be trained. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and help keep vehicles safe and well-maintained.

You will perform oil changes and basic maintenance, complete inspections, and support additional services while following safety and company standards. This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services as needed (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension).
• Follow all safety standards and training.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on‑site and online training
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work
• Perform other assigned duties
