Premium Velocity Auto PVA / Jiffy Lube is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. No automotive experience is required; we train you and cross-train in multiple maintenance and customer-facing tasks.

Strong communication, safety focus, and ability to learn quickly will help you thrive. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities and on-site work at 2775 - 4505 W Market St, Greensboro, NC.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields

• Valid Driver’s License (strongly preferred)
• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)

• Positive attitude and ability to multitask
