Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC in Garner, NC seeks a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in their vehicles. You will be trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

No automotive experience is required as we provide training. A driver’s license is strongly preferred but not required, and you’ll join a fully cross-trained team focused on safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.

• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do
