Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto, doing business as Jiffy Lube, is seeking a Service Technician in Raleigh, NC. No automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to ensure safe, reliable vehicle service.

You will perform oil changes, basic maintenance, multi-point inspections, and customer-service tasks while learning cross-trained skill sets and safety standards. Excellent teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• No automotive experience required; training provided.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires)
• Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.)
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards
• Participate in on-site and online training

• Perform other assigned duties
