Job summary

Keystone Basement Systems - Pittsburgh area - seeks a Service Technician to travel to homeowners' properties for pre-scheduled appointments, inspecting and maintaining waterproofing, foundation, and basement systems.

Identify issues, educate homeowners on options, and deliver professional, friendly service while documenting activities and staying safety-conscious in every job.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
• Construction experience strongly preferred.
• Existing sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to complete required background and driving checks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to homeowners' properties for scheduled service appointments.
• Inspect and maintain existing waterproofing, foundation, and basement systems.
• Identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.

As a Service Technician, you'll travel to customers' homes on pre-scheduled appointments to inspect, maintain, and service systems we've previously installed. You'll identify issues, recommend solutions, and help homeowners keep their basements and foundations protected.
