Keystone Basement Systems is seeking a Service Technician to travel to customers' homes on pre-scheduled appointments to inspect, maintain, and service installed systems. You will identify issues, educate homeowners, and help keep basements and foundations protected, delivering professional customer service and safe, efficient work.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.

• Travel to homeowners' properties for scheduled service appointments.
• Inspect and maintain existing waterproofing, foundation, and basement systems.
• Identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Educate homeowners on their systems and available options.

What You’ll Need

• Valid driver's license and safe driving record - required
• Construction experience - strongly preferred
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to successfully complete required background and driving checks
