Job summary

Keystone Basement Systems is seeking driven In-Home Sales Consultants to join our full-time team in the Pittsburgh area. You will meet homeowners, understand their needs, and propose foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement improvement solutions.

This consultative role offers uncapped commissions, company-provided leads, and extensive coaching. No cold calling or door knocking; training begins with the December class and opportunities to advance with a proven process.

Qualifications

• No cold calling required; training provided.
• Customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in the Pittsburgh area to assess needs and propose foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement improvements.

What You'll Do:

You’ll meet with homeowners throughout the Pittsburgh area to understand their needs and recommend solutions for foundation repair, waterproofing, and basement improvement projects.

This is a consultative sales position - you’ll educate homeowners, build trust, answer questions, and help customers make informed decisions about protecting one of their largest investments: their home.
