Keystone Basement Systems is seeking an experienced Foundation Repair & Structural Repair Foreman to lead residential foundation repair projects in the Pittsburgh area. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in foundation repair, structural stabilization, excavation, and heavy equipment operation.

The Foreman will lead a crew, maintain high workmanship standards, and safely complete projects that protect homeowners’ investments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in foundation repair, piering or structural stabilization is required.
• Heavy equipment operation experience with excavators, skid steers or similar is required.
• Proven leadership in construction or skilled trades with focus on safety.

Keystone Basement Systems is looking for an experienced Foundation Repair & Structural Repair Foreman to lead residential foundation repair projects throughout the Pittsburgh area.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone with a strong background in foundation repair, structural stabilization, excavation, and heavy equipment operation. The ideal candidate knows how to lead a crew, maintain high standards of workmanship, and safely complete projects that help homeowners protect their most valuable investment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a crew on residential foundation repair, structural repair, and piering projects

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in foundation repair, piering, structural stabilization, or related construction
• Heavy equipment operating experience required - including excavators, skid steers, mini excavators, or similar equipment
• Proven leadership experience in a construction or skilled-trades environment
• Strong understanding of job-site safety procedures
• Ability to read plans, project specifications, and follow installation requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable, hardworking, and committed to quality workmanship
