Job summary

Keystone Basement Systems in McKeesport, PA is hiring Construction Installers to join our basement waterproofing and foundation repair crews. You will work as part of a crew, install systems, safely use hand and power tools, and learn job-specific equipment while performing physical labor.

We offer full-time, year-round employment with starting pay of $18/hour, 40+ hours per week, overtime opportunities, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and paid

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Previous construction, remodeling, home improvement, or skilled-trade experience is a plus
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude; comfortable physical labor
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a crew installing basement waterproofing and foundation repair systems
• Safely use basic hand and power tools
• Learn and operate job-specific tools and equipment
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Perform physical work throughout the day
• Work in basements, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
• Help prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites
• Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as you progress

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who are comfortable with physical work, have basic knowledge of hand and power tools, and are ready to learn a skilled trade.

Previous construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, understands basic tools, and wants to develop their skills.
