Job summary

Keystone Basement Systems is seeking a motivated individual to join as a Co‑Foreman in Training, focusing on basement waterproofing and foundation repair. You will work alongside experienced Foremen and Project Managers, gaining hands-on experience in supervision, safety, quality control, and customer service.

This paid training opportunity aims to develop leadership skills and project oversight, with mentorship and growth into Foreman roles.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or skilled-trades experience preferred.
• Strong interest in building a long-term career in construction and leadership.
• Reading and understanding basic blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foremen in supervising daily construction activities on basement waterproofing and foundation repair projects.
• Learn and enforce company safety procedures and OSHA standards.
• Assist with project scheduling and keeping jobs on track.
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Help ensure work is completed according to project specifications and company standards.
• Assist with quality-control inspections throughout the installation process.
• Learn construction estimating, job costing, and resource management.
• Help monitor materials, tools, equipment, and job-site organization.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, crew members, Project Managers, and subcontractors.
• Assist in identifying and resolving job-site issues.
• Learn and utilize construction management software and technology.
• Support experienced Foremen while developing the skills necessary to lead your own crew.

What You'll Do:

• Valid driver's license preferred

• OSHA safety procedures
• Electrical testing or construction‑related technical equipment
