Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Service Technician. No automotive experience is required as training is provided, and a Driver's License is strongly preferred.

You will be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and participate in on-site and online training.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
