Job summary

Jiffy Lube LLC. is hiring a Service Technician in Fort Worth, TX. No automotive experience required; we train you and fully cross-train across maintenance, inspections and customer service.

You'll perform oil changes, basic maintenance, multi-point inspections, and help with safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork are valued; on-site training and growth opportunities are available. This is a full-time role with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Position: Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Our team members are fully cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

What You'll Do

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines

• State Vehicle Inspector License (a plus)
