Job summary

Stream-Flo Group in Texas is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain, and service wellhead equipment while delivering outstanding customer support. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in Wellhead Services or related maintenance, plus a solid mechanical aptitude and a valid driver's license.

The role requires independent work ethic and a safety-focused mindset in an on-site field environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of wellhead services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service tasks including installation and maintenance of wellheads and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets and job reports.
• Maintain service unit, tools, and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and act as a safety leader.
• Assist in developing job action planning with customers on location.
• Promote field service sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.

• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
