Job summary

Stream-Flo Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and maintain wellhead assemblies in the Texas region, delivering exceptional customer service and representing the company with professionalism on every site visit. You will troubleshoot, test, and document field activities to ensure safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of wellhead services or related maintenance, holds a valid driver's license, and can work independently with minimal

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, ATP, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and positively representing the Company.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
