Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries is seeking a field service professional to install, maintain, and test wellhead equipment in the oil and gas sector. You will prepare tickets, reports, and manage inventory for service units while delivering exceptional customer service on location.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in Wellhead Services, strong mechanical aptitude, and a self-motivated, independent work style. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• High mechanical aptitude and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service tasks including installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets and job reports.
• Maintain service unit tools and spare components inventory.
• Promote field service sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.

Key position functions include:

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead equipment while providing exceptional customer service and representing the Company in a positive manner.
• Experience with lubricators, torque and test, and well completions.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing cutes.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies

Preferred candidate will possess a combination of the following:

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, equipment repair, and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
