Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries in Kilgore, TX is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and maintain wellhead equipment, deliver exceptional customer service, and represent the company on site.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in wellhead services or related repair work, strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, ATP, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and positively representing the Company.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies
