Job summary

TriBridge Residential in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a skilled Multi-Site Maintenance Service Technician for Plant 64 & Gallery Lofts. You will perform on-site maintenance across properties, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience, HVAC certification, strong customer service, and the ability to read and write English. A valid driver's license and tools are required.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-family experience.
• A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and write English.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must own required tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces.
• Plumbing and electrical experience: 2 years minimum.
• Appliance repair: 2 years minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:
