Job summary

TriBridge Residential in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a skilled Multi-Site Maintenance Service Technician for Plant 64 & Gallery Lofts. This role supports our apartment communities with hands-on repairs and on-call duties.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in service maintenance, strong HVAC knowledge, and the ability to read and write English. Candidates must own tools, have reliable transportation, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-family experience.
• Minimum 2 years in service maintenance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to read and write English.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights above 5 feet.
• Must own required tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and fireplaces.
• 2+ years plumbing/electrical troubleshooting/repair experience.
• 2+ years appliance repair troubleshooting/repair.

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.
