Job summary

TriBridge Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Service Technician for Plant 64 & Gallery Lofts in Winston-Salem, NC. You will manage on-site maintenance tasks, supervise junior staff, and ensure unit readiness for move-ins and move-outs.

The role requires a strong background in multifamily maintenance, HVAC certification, and excellent customer service. You will participate in on-call rotations and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to prioritize repairs and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have multifamily maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years in service maintenance.
• HVAC certification required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Must own the required tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• General knowledge of property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-call duties in emergencies.
• Report repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.

TriBridge Residential is actively seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance Service Technician for our Plant 64 & Gallery Lofts properties, located in Winston-Salem, NC.

Requirements

• Must have multi-family experience
• A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
• HVAC certification is required
• Ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
• Must own required tools
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces is essential
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
