Job summary

TriBridge Residential is seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for the Mark at Wildwood in Oxford, FL. The role supports daily operations of a multifamily community, performing general maintenance and repairs.

You will handle on-call emergencies, coordinate with the Maintenance Manager, and perform inspections of move-outs and move-ins while upholding safety standards. HVAC certification required and driver’s license is a must.

• Ability to read and write English.
• Plumbing and electrical troubleshooting experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.

TriBridge Residential is actively seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician for the Mark at Wildwood property, located in Oxford, FL.

TriBridge is a full-service multifamily investment, management, and development company based in Atlanta, GA, with approximately 7,000 units and $1.3 billion in assets currently under management. Requirements:

• Must have multi-family experience
• A minimum of 2-year work experience in the service maintenance field
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and write English
• HVAC certification is required
• The ability to display balance/equilibrium at heights above 5 feet and lift 50 pounds is essential
• Must own required tools
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces is essential
• Plumbing and Electrical a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
• Appliance Repair a minimum of 2-year experience with troubleshooting/repairing
