Job summary

TriBridge Residential in Oxford, FL is seeking a Maintenance Service Technician for the Mark at Wildwood to support daily property operations and on-site maintenance tasks. You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC-related repairs, appliance service, and safety checks while ensuring guest satisfaction and property safety.

The ideal candidate has multi-family maintenance experience, is able to read/write English, holds HVAC certification, and can lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights above 5 feet.
• Must own required tools.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Working knowledge of general property operations, safety, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and fireplaces.
• Plumbing and electrical experience (2+ years).
• Appliance repair experience (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Assume emergency on-call duties.
• Report any needed repairs or unsafe conditions to the Maintenance Manager.
• Inspect move-outs daily and update move-in dates daily.
• Attend all instructional classes conducted by the Maintenance Manager.
