Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain agriculture and construction equipment following manufacturer procedures and quality standards.
  • Install, set up, and prepare new and used equipment for customers and dealer inventory.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Complete repairs safely, professionally, and in a timely manner.
  • Document work performed, parts used, and labor accurately.
  • Provide outstanding customer service when working directly with customers.
  • Manage a variety of tasks, from long-term projects to daily service needs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Travel to customer sites, trainings, and meetings as needed.

What You’ll Do

As a Service Technician, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain agriculture and construction equipment to keep our customers productive and running efficiently. Your work may take place in the shop or at customer locations, depending on the job.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agriculture and construction equipment following manufacturer procedures and quality standards
  • Installing, setting up, and preparing new and used equipment for customers and dealer inventory
  • Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Completing repairs safely, professionally, and in a timely manner
  • Documenting work performed, parts used, and labor accurately
  • Providing outstanding customer service when working directly with customers

What You’ll Bring
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude (experience preferred but not required)
  • Interest or experience in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems
  • Ability to use standard desktop computer applications
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel for training and meetings, as needed
  • Must provide own basic hand tools
  • Prior experience in agriculture, diesel, or heavy equipment service strongly desired
  • Agriculture background a plus
