Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Wasilla is seeking experienced Service Technicians to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns and perform factory-standard repairs. We value teamwork, quality work, and open communication with service advisors to ensure timely, accurate diagnostics and repairs.

Applicants should have 3+ years of hands-on automotive experience and ASE certifications; paid training and manufacturer training opportunities are provided to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to factory standards
• Perform drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs
• Lead junior technicians when needed
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections
• Document all work per factory and warranty requirements
• Communicate with service advisors on diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations
• Stay current with service bulletins and required factory training
