Job summary

ORE Rentals is seeking a hands-on Equipment Rental Associate to join our team at one of our PA locations. You will explain operation and safety features of equipment to renters and ensure gear is ready for use and rental.

This role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work independently while following safety procedures. The position offers full-time and part-time schedules, with yard duties and basic maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of rental equipment preferred but not required.
• World Famous customer service, willing and able to provide this to each customer
• Team player capable of learning and communicating their needs
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and in a team setting
• Ability to handle assorted tools safely
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. and infrequently lifting up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb over and into heavy equipment occasionally.

Responsibilities
