Job summary

ORE Rentals is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member for full-time hours Monday through Friday from 7AM to 5PM at our Quakertown, Easton, and Breinigsville locations. You will greet customers, learn our rental equipment, and quote rates accurately while building strong relationships.

You will manage rental contracts, schedule pick-ups and deliveries, and assist showroom displays. Strong teamwork and basic computer skills are required, with insurance benefits and other perks available

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.

• Equipment knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep showroom pricing up to date.
• Know other lines enough to cross-sell.
• Other duties as needed.

Full Time

Monday through Friday 7AM-5PM: No weekends!

Key Job Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, on the phone and in person; make them feel welcome at ORE RENTALS.
• Know our rental equipment, what it can do and its specifications.
• Listen to questions and then ask the right questions.
• Locate and accurately quote rental rates upon request.
• Create accurate rental contracts.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery of equipment.
• Use maps to give driver accurate directions.
• Arrange showroom displays.
• Keep abreast of new industry equipment.
• Keep showroom pricing up todate.
• Know other lines enough to be able to sell.
• Other duties as needed.
