Job summary

ORE Rentals in Quakertown is hiring a Full Time Rental Clerk to greet customers, quote rates, prepare contracts and arrange deliveries. This role requires strong customer service, multitasking and teamwork, with equipment knowledge a plus. We offer several benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Join our team at multiple locations and help customers select the right equipment while keeping showroom pricing current and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Great relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Equipment knowledge a plus.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers, on the phone and in person; make them feel welcome at ORE RENTALS.
• Know our rental equipment, what it can do and its specifications.
• Listen to questions and then ask the right questions.
• Locate and accurately quote rental rates upon request.
• Create accurate rental contracts.
• Schedule pick-up and delivery of equipment.
• Use maps to give driver accurate directions.
• Arrange showroom displays.
• Keep abreast of new industry equipment.
• Keep showroom pricing up to date.
• Know other lines enough to be able to sell.
• Other duties as needed.

Full Time

Monday through Friday 7AM-5PM: No weekends!
