Insight Pest Solutions is hiring a Pest Control Technician in Sandy, US. You will protect homes and families by delivering top-tier pest control services with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude. You can earn commissions on new accounts along your route and receive coaching from industry leaders.

We provide a company vehicle, tools, and training to help you succeed, along with a supportive culture and opportunities for advancement. Valid driver’s license and license training are required.

Formación

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen and obtain a local pesticide license (fees covered).

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding pest control services while maintaining a winning attitude.
• Drive a fully equipped company vehicle and follow coaching from industry leaders.
• Promote services to new and existing customers and earn commissions on new accounts.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable)

• Obtain a local Pesticide License(we cover training & testing fees)

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday's
• Year round work
