Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Bremerton, WA. The role includes performing pest control services from a fully equipped company vehicle, with a focus on customer service and safety. You can earn incentives and commissions on new accounts.

Schedule includes day shifts, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, and year-round work. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid license, and be able to lift 50 pounds. Training for a local pesticide license is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver and navigate through crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (training & most testing fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services to protect homes and families.
• Maintain a winning attitude and proactive mindset on the route.
• Use company vehicle and equipment to treat homes and resolve pest issues.
• Promote services to customers where appropriate to grow accounts.

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.
