Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions in Redmond, WA seeks a Pest Control Technician to protect homes and families by delivering effective services on a defined route. You’ll operate from a company vehicle with expert coaching and have the chance to earn commissions by recommending services to customers.

The role offers a day shift schedule, Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays and year-round work, plus a benefits package and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local Pesticide License (we cover training & most testing fees).

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services to protect homes and families.
• Operate from a fully equipped company vehicle with coaching from industry leaders.
• Earn commission on new accounts along your route.
• Schedule: day shift, Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays; year-round work.
