Job summary

Insight Pest Solutions NW is seeking a Pest Control Technician in Seattle who will protect homes and families from pests while maintaining a positive, proactive mindset. You will work from a company vehicle, deliver quality service, and may earn commission on new accounts.

This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $22.50–$25.00 with incentives, bonuses, and potential commission as you grow with a supportive leadership team and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (insurable).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Safely maneuver crawlspaces and attics.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Obtain a local pesticide license (training & testing fees covered).

This isn’t your average technician job. As a Pest Control Technician with Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll be the face of our company, trusted by customers to protect their homes and families. Your main focus will be providing outstanding pest control services maintaining a winning attitude and a proactive mindset. You’ll also have the chance to earn commission by recommending services to new and existing customers along your route.

We give you the tools, training, and support to succeed from your fully equipped company vehicle and expert coaching from industry leaders. Whether you're treating a home, solving a tough pest issue or introducing a neighbor to our services, every day you’ll make a real difference.

WHAT WE OFFER

SALES, BONUS & COMMISSIONS

• 25% commission on new sales, paid on the next check after the initial service is completed.
• $2 per each completed mosquito stop

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturday's
• Year round work
