Job summary

Kia of North Tucson is hiring a Master Service Technician to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues to factory standards. You will lead junior technicians, perform drivability and warranty work, and coordinate with service advisors.

We seek 5+ years of hands-on experience, ASE certifications, and a commitment to high-quality repairs. A collaborative team culture and family-like environment are emphasized in our shop.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to Hyundai factory standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document all work in compliance with factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations.
