Independence in the field and strong customer communication are essential as you manage daily tickets and field priorities. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with security and surveillance networks and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing and troubleshooting video surveillance systems and camera networking environments.
• Preferred manufacturer experience with Hanwha Vision and ExacqVision platforms.
• Strong background servicing and troubleshooting access control systems.
• Working knowledge of low-voltage systems and fire alarm-related concepts, including identifying and understanding open circuits.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform repairs with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

Service Technician - St. Louis, MO

Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in the St. Louis, Missouri area. This position is ideal for a self‑motivated professional with strong experience in camera networking, security systems troubleshooting, and access control service work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in the field while providing high-quality service and support to customers.

Pay:

$32/hr

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain video surveillance systems, with a strong focus on camera networking.
