Qualifications

• Experience servicing video surveillance systems and camera networking environments.
• Preferred Hanwha Vision and ExacqVision platforms.
• Strong background servicing and troubleshooting access control systems.
• Knowledge of low-voltage systems and fire alarm concepts, including open circuits.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues with minimal supervision and work independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain video surveillance systems with a focus on camera networking.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving IP-based security systems and network-connected devices.
• Perform service and maintenance on access control systems.
• Troubleshoot system faults and identify open circuits in low-voltage and fire alarm-related systems.
• Respond to about three service tickets per day across customer locations.
• Document work performed, service findings, and corrective actions.
• Communicate status and recommendations to customers and internal teams.
• Manage daily schedules and priorities while working independently in the field.
