Job summary

Subaru of Spokane, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an automotive service technician for our downtown Spokane, WA location. This onsite role requires open availability to support dealership operations, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

You will perform diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards on Subaru vehicles, stay current on technician training, and collaborate with service advisors to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Ability to perform engine, suspension, brake, steering, and electrical repairs.
• ASE certifications or Subaru training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns efficiently.
• Complete repair orders accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Dealership: L0053 Subaru of Spokane Subaru of Spokane Hiring: Service Technician Pay: $22-$38 flat rate Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Department Hours: 7 am to 6 pm Monday-Friday, 8 am to 4 pm Saturday, and closed Sunday. This position is located onsite in downtown Spokane WA and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager. Subaru of Spokane is growing, and we're looking for accomplished Automotive Technicians to join our award-winning team. What You'll Bring

• We prefer ASE certifications or Subaru specific training if no ASEs are complete.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

Flat rate pay range for this role is $22-$38 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
