Job summary

Diablo Subaru of Walnut Creek, part of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking an automotive service technician. Diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems, including electrical, drivability, engine, and hybrid systems.

This flat-rate position offers solid earning potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants should have prior automotive technician experience; ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training are preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Previous automotive service technician experience

• Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $70.00.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
