Job summary

Yaskawa Motoman is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide in-depth troubleshooting, programming, and corrective action for a broad range of robotic systems at customer sites across the United States. The role requires an AA degree and six years of related experience, with the ability to travel and train junior staff.

You will work with regional teams to ensure safe, efficient service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree (AA) and six years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel to customer sites across the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support including in-depth troubleshooting, programming and program modifications for Yaskawa America products.
• Perform preventive and emergency repair procedures and complete required reports.
• Train Field Service Technicians and Service Application Technicians.
• Take spare parts orders and coordinate service support with Regional Sales Managers.
• Interface with coworkers to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
• Promote teamwork and maintain high employee satisfaction.
