Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking a Service Technician for our 168-unit community in Slidell, LA. You will perform day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances, and respond to service tickets to keep the property in top condition.

We offer a base pay of $23.00–$25.00/hour, up to 50% rent discount, renewal commissions, stipends, and full benefits. Live where you work and join a team that supports your growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience or equivalent training/education.
• Valid driver's license + personal vehicle.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the property.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus.

• Respond to service tickets and keep the property in top shape.
• Be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
